• Control, Interface and Data Management Platforms — MAVERICK's post-press control and data integration system incorporates industry standard hardware, software and communication protocols.
• Inserter Control System — Our inserter control system squeezes the maximum performance out of existing inserting machines, providing enhanced operability and data availability for Heidelberg or GMA inserter.
• Collator Control System — Maximizing the performance of collating machines, our collator control system provides enhanced operability, product accuracy and data availability. • News Print Roll Handling System — MAVERICK's newsprint roll handling system provides a comprehensive control environment for newsprint "dolly tow chain" or "Automatic Guided Vehicles (AGV)" roll delivery systems. The system controls roll delivery from the newsprint storage warehouse, through the lay down lanes and roll stripping, to the reel stands. The system also provides "requirement and consumption analysis" of newsprint with a focus on stabilizing paper movement.
