What is MAVERICK's recruitment process?
We do everything we can to continuously update our talent database. As positions become available, we post notices, accept new resumes and also search through the ones that we have on file. Then we contact the candidates who seem qualified and schedule phone screenings and in-person interviews. Depending on the position, we may invite you to our headquarters or other office locations for one or two separate interviews.
What is the best way to submit my resume?
You may upload your resume when you create an applicant profile or bring a hard copy when you meet us at a career fair.
Do I need to apply for a specific position, or can I submit my resume for general review?
If you are especially interested in a specific position, please indicate so, but we consider all applicants for all positions for which they seem qualified. If we think you may fit our team, we will discuss your interests and our needs during a phone screening. Create your applicant profile now.
Are MAVERICK employees required to travel?
Some positions and projects may require travel, but we can work with you to create a schedule that's right for you. MAVERICK offers a robust travel expense reimbursement policy.
When should I expect to hear a response regarding my job application?
Our recruiters begin reviewing applications as soon as they are submitted. They will contact you if they feel your qualifications match our requirements for a particular position, and keep all resumes on file for up to one year. Please notify us if your information changes.
Should I submit references?
You do not need to submit references with your resume, but you should have them available if we ask for them. We generally like to speak with up to three people who can tell us about your professional or study habits, applicable work experience and your character.
Does MAVERICK pay for relocation?
Yes, in some instances, but we independently evaluate each new hire's situation.

Yes, in some instances, but we independently evaluate each new candidate's situation.

You don't have to wear a suit, but business-casual attire is recommended.
